Sharing gives selected recipients access to the client gallery and its eligible downloads.
Preview before sharing
- Open the gallery.
- Select View as a client.
- Review the cover, image order, albums, watermark appearance, and download controls.
- Return to the editor to fix anything that is incomplete.
Preview mode does not use a client’s real download allowance or record client activity.
Share with recipients
- Select Share.
- Add or choose the recipient.
- Confirm the email address.
- Review sharing and download settings.
- Save access and send the invitation.
Each recipient receives their own access. Revoking one person does not remove another person’s access.
Set a download limit
Turn on the download limit when you want each recipient to download only a certain number of photos.
Limits count photos, not button clicks:
- Downloading one image counts as one photo.
- Download all counts the number of photos delivered in the ZIP.
- Each recipient has an independent allowance.
Changing the gallery limit updates active recipients while preserving the number they have already downloaded.
Resend or revoke access
Use the sharing controls to resend an invitation when a client cannot find it. Ask the client to check spam or promotions folders as well.
Revoke a recipient when they should no longer use their link. Re-sharing after revocation gives that recipient fresh access based on the gallery’s current settings.
What clients can do
Depending on gallery settings, clients can:
- Browse eligible photos and albums
- Mark favorites
- Download individual images
- Download the complete gallery
Watermarked display images do not replace the original download files.
Before sending: Make sure the recipient email is correct. An invitation grants access to the client gallery.
