What Your Client Sees

Walk through the private booking link your client uses to confirm, sign, answer questions, pay, and see their gallery.

Your client gets one private booking link. From that link, they confirm the session, sign the contract, answer questions, and pay, one step at a time. This article walks through it from start to finish.

Check it yourself first

Open the booking, then open the … menu beside Send to client and choose Preview as client. You see the same steps your client will see.

The preview is read-only. It doesn’t complete steps or collect money. A dark notice at the bottom reminds you of this, and missing information is highlighted in red so you can fix it before sending.

1. The booking email

When you select Send to client, your client gets an email with a button that opens their booking link. You can add a personal message first with Preview email.

2. Summary and confirm

The client first sees a summary with the appointment details. They check the date, time, and place, then select Looks good — confirm. The agreement stays locked until they confirm.

3. Sign the contract

Next, the client reads the agreement, types their full name in the Client signature line, and selects Sign contract. If something looks wrong, they can select Request changes instead.

4. Answer the questionnaire

If you shared a questionnaire, it shows up as a task on the same link. The client can select Save progress and come back later, then Submit responses when every question is answered.

5. Pay

The Pay step shows the total, what is paid, what is left, and each due date.

If online payments aren’t set up yet, the client still sees the schedule, plus a note that you will share how to pay.

6. See what’s done

Each finished step gets a green check, so the client can see what is left. They can close the page and come back anytime. Vignette opens the right step.

After a payment, the client can open a receipt and select Print receipt.

7. The day-of run sheet

If you share a timeline, the client can open a simple, phone-friendly run sheet for the day.

When you share a sneak peek or full gallery, the client gets a gallery link. Each photo has buttons to select, download, and favorite (the heart).

If you set a download limit, the client sees how many photos they have left.
