If your client says they never got your booking, gallery, contract, or meeting email, you can usually fix it in a minute. Check the address, ask them to look in other folders, then resend from the right place.
Check the email address
- Open the booking, gallery, contract, or person.
- Look at the client’s email address.
- Fix any typo, then save.
A small typo, like a missing letter, is the most common reason an email never arrives.
Ask your client to look in other folders
Ask your client to:
- Check their spam or junk folder.
- Check the Promotions, Updates, or Other tabs if their email app has them.
- Search their inbox for your studio name.
If they find it there, ask them to mark it as “not spam” so your next email lands in their inbox.
Resend from the right place
Each kind of email has its own resend button.
A booking
Open the booking and select Resend to client.
A gallery
Open the gallery’s Share with clients settings. Under People with access, select Email again beside the person. To email everyone about an update, select Email clients again.
If a person shows Viewed, they already opened the gallery.
A contract
Open the contract and select Resend. This emails the signing link again.
A team invite
Open the booking’s Booking team card and select Resend beside the team member. The row shows Email sent after it goes out.
A meeting request
Open the meeting request on your Calendar and select Resend request.
A questionnaire
A shared questionnaire is added to the client’s existing booking link. Resend the booking, or send them the booking link, and they will find the questionnaire there.
Send the link another way
If email still isn’t working, copy the private link and send it by text or another message app:
- Booking — copy the client link on the booking.
- Meeting request — copy the client link in the request details.
- Gallery — copy the person’s link under People with access.
- Day-of run sheet — select Copy link on the shared timeline.
Only send a private link to the person it belongs to.
Previews never send email
Preview email and Preview as client are practice views. They never send anything to your client. Use the real send or resend button when you want the email to go out.
