Build and Publish Your Storefront

Customize a branded storefront where clients can explore your work, book a session, and get in touch.

Your storefront is a public, branded page where clients can explore your services, book packages or mini sessions, view your work, and get in touch with you.

Add storefront details

  1. Open Storefront.
  2. Complete Storefront details.
  3. Add your public studio name, headline, and introduction.
  4. Review any branding shown on the page.
  5. Save your changes.

Write for clients, not for internal use. Explain what makes the experience clear and inviting without placing private studio notes on the public page.

Choose public packages

The Packages section controls which packages clients can see and the order in which they appear.

  1. Turn on the Packages section using the toggle in the upper-right corner.

  2. Turn on the toggle for each package you want clients to see. A gray toggle means the package is hidden.

A green toggle means the package is enabled and visible on your storefront.

  3. Arrange packages in the preferred order using the drag handle or the up and down arrows.

  4. Preview the storefront before sharing it.

If a package is missing, open the package guide and confirm that the package is complete, active, and suitable for the storefront.

Accept callback requests

Turn on Callbacks to allow returning and prospective clients to get in touch with you.

Customize the callback heading, callback description, and form heading so clients understand what information to provide. You can also add an optional portrait photo to make the form feel more personal. Save the callback settings after making changes.

Use Gallery to show examples of your work on the storefront. Add up to 30 images by dragging them into the upload area, choosing individual images, or selecting a folder.

After uploading, drag the images into the order you want visitors to see. Choose a focused collection that represents the services and style you are promoting on the storefront.

Publish mini sessions

Eligible mini-session events appear under Upcoming mini sessions. The event must have future availability and be enabled for storefront booking.

Review the date, location, session length, price, and available slots before publishing.

Learn how to create an event, add time slots, and publish mini-session availability.

Preview the client experience

Use the built-in mobile preview to review how the storefront will appear on a phone. It shows your logo, studio name, tagline, hero image, and the beginning of the client-facing content in a narrow layout.

Check the mobile preview as you customize the storefront. Make sure the branding is recognizable, the tagline is concise, the hero image crops well, and the first section gives visitors a clear next step.

Then select the full storefront preview action to test the complete client experience.

Check:

  • Studio name and introduction
  • Package names, descriptions, prices, and cover images
  • Mini-session dates and availability
  • Callback copy, form heading, and portrait photo
  • Gallery image selection and order
  • Mobile readability
  • The steps a client follows after choosing an offering

Preview mode lets you inspect the experience without making a real reservation.

Share your storefront

After publishing and previewing, copy the public storefront link and share it from your website, social profile, or client communication.

Open the public link in a private browser window before announcing it. This confirms that the page is available to someone who is not signed in to your Vignette account.

Before publishing: Public content can be viewed by anyone with the link. Do not include private phone numbers, addresses, notes, or client information unless you intentionally want them public.
